The bright and spacious living room sits alongside the kitchen-dining area and is furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, creating a comfortable space to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped and well suited for preparing meals at home. There is one double bedroom two twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning and cosy décor, while an ensuite and a family bathroom ensure everyone is comfortable. Outdoors, three shaded patios and generous sunbathing areas provide plenty of space to relax. The swimming pool takes centre stage in the garden, complemented by sun loungers, umbrellas and mature trees for natural shade. A covered barbecue and a ping-pong table complete the outdoor facilities.

Pollensa lies just a short drive away and is known for its historic character and traditional Mallorcan charm. The town centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.

In the opposite direction, Puerto Pollensa provides easy access to beautiful sandy beaches along the coast. There are plenty of places to snorkel and enjoy watersports such as kayaking and paddle boarding. You will also find a range of restaurants and shops close to the seafront, offering a relaxed coastal atmosphere with lots to explore, all less than 10 minutes drive from the villa.
