Being all on one level, both properties, Woodpecker Barn (ref UK38613) and Tawny Acre Barn (ref UK38614), make an ideal choice for guests wishing to avoid steps and stairs. Tawny Acre Barn (UK38614) is open plan making a very social space, with added benefit of secondary living area with a sofa bed, games station (a popular choice with gamers), and French doors opening onto the garden.
Within the enclosed pretty courtyard gardens is your very own hot tub (available from day 2 after first sleep) garden furniture to enjoy, and a pedestrian foot bridge leads into a one acre meadow (shared use), a great space for ball games.
Those wishing to explore won’t be disappointed as you can be at the gateway to the beautiful North Norfolk coast in just over 30 minutes. Visit sandy beaches, rspb nature reserves, historical and stately homes, including the Royal Sandringham Estate, open to the public when the Royal family are not in residence. Popular seaside resorts of Hunstanton offers fun for all ages. Slightly further afield is Ely with its majestic cathedral, and the university city of Cambridge. The market town of Wisbech, 5 miles, has shops, supermarkets, plenty of eateries and many other leisure facilities. So whether you would like a holiday home where you can literally stay in and enjoy time with friends and family, or explore Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk, you truly have best of both. Farm shop, garden centre and restaurant 1½ miles. Beach 24 miles. Supermarket, shops and eateries 5 miles. Excellent, clean and comfortable accommodation with all the facilities you could want. Hot tub is a great bonus! Well placed for north Norfolk sights such as Sandringham, Kings Lynn, Norfolk Lavender, Hunstanton and the coast. Quiet and peaceful location makes for a relaxing and restful time.

We have just returned from an amazing week at Tawny Acre Barn.The place was spotless! Honestly couldn’t find any fault. The beds were comfy, the towels smelled beautifully fresh.We cooked a few times and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans etc. the jacuzzi was a big hit with my daughters and the owners even lent us their full size table tennis table which went above and beyond kind.We loved the location, nice and peaceful yet not too far of a drive to get anywhere.I think our one and only complaint was we did not have good wifi. Minor grumble in the whole scheme of things.We didn’t want to leave!! Would definitely recommend and hopefully be back to visit again soon.
