No. 3 Rabbit Warren offers a peaceful and relaxing countryside retreat, ideal for those seeking tranquillity and easy access to Norfolk’s coast and scenic walks. Guests appreciate the spacious, dog-friendly accommodation, comfortable beds, and the popular hot tub. The property is well-equipped for families and dog owners, with a secure garden and thoughtful touches. While some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues were noted, most guests found the cottage clean, cosy, and well-located for exploring the area. Overall, it’s a welcoming base for a restful break, with many guests keen to return.

Most guests found the property clean and tidy, with particular praise for the bedrooms and general presentation. However, a few reviews mentioned issues such as dog hairs on sofas, dirty fridge shelves, and the need to clean some crockery before use. These were occasional rather than consistent concerns.

The location is frequently praised for its peaceful, remote setting and proximity to both the coast and local attractions. While some guests noted the need for a car and the lack of footpaths for walking directly from the property, the overall consensus is that it is well-placed for exploring Norfolk.

Guests generally found the cottage comfortable, highlighting the relaxing atmosphere, comfy beds, and spacious rooms. Some minor issues were mentioned, such as a worn sofa and thick duvets during hot weather, but these did not significantly detract from the overall comfort.

The hot tub is a standout feature and much appreciated by guests. The property is well-equipped, with a functional kitchen and good amenities. Some reviews noted maintenance issues (e.g., TV signal, hot tub upkeep, kitchen equipment, and minor repairs), but these were balanced by positive feedback on the facilities provided.

Guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as books, games, and a well-equipped kitchen. While some mentioned a lack of basic kitchen supplies and maintenance of small features (e.g., garden lights), there were no references to gifts. Please note that any special touches or extras are not guaranteed.

Unfortunately, this stay fell far below our expectations. The location was lovely and our first impressions were positive, but the property has ongoing issues with cleanliness, as mentioned in other reviews. The shower curtain was dirty and unhygienic. There was thick dust behind the bathtub. The blankets in the living room smelled unpleasant and clearly hadn’t been washed. The kitchen had not been thoroughly cleaned. The most serious issue was the poor cleanliness and maintenance of the hot tub. A member of our group contracted hot tub folliculitis, which a medical professional confirmed was caused by incorrect chlorine levels and inadequate cleaning. We stayed for three nights and used the hot tub twice; at no point did anyone come to check or maintain it. By Saturday evening, the water had developed an unusual smell. We have used many hot tubs before and have always had daily checks and high standards of hygiene. This was the first time we’ve ever experienced something like this.We will not be returning and cannot recommend this property.

Lovely cottage, my kids loved the hot tub, and the bug Parc around the corner. the little shop was great for any essentials you forgot and some nice little crafts for the kids. Lovely to be able to borrow books or games . We had a lovely time and have recommended it to some of our friends.

Overall, was a nice stay howver the actual cottage itself could use some work/maintenance as quite a few cosmetic issues and also some interior issues such as the blind in the bedrooms not closing properly which was a pain as let lots of light in to our babies room. Would have been nice to have the twinkle lights around the back garden working, both had no batteries, did try to contact the owner for some but still no response. Also, would have been helpful for basic equipment in the kitchen such as oil for cooking as there are not many local takeaways. The location is nice and quiet but quite remote so stock up on food if youre not planning on going out for dinner. Some channels mainly BBC didnt work which wasnt ideal for our little one wanting cbeebies on. We loved the hot tub and this worked well. Loved the decoration and felt homely just needs some tlc in parts!
