Spaciously set out over one level, means the property is perfect for generations of family and those special group occasions, with each of the six individually designed bedrooms boasting en-suite facilities. Outside in the enclosed gardens, those with children and four legged friends can truly relax and take in the peaceful and tranquil surroundings.
At night you can also discover a world of wildlife in the darkness, with visitors ranging from foxes and badgers, to owls and bats. The lanes around the property are perfect for gentle strolls and bike rides with circular routes ranging from 3 to 5 miles and beyond. For those wanting to explore the surrounding area, the location is perfect for discovering the hidden beauty of Shropshire, Cheshire and the Welsh borders. The farmhouse itself lies just on the Welsh side of the border, however the brook on the adjoining farm takes you into Cheshire, and the county of Shropshire is just a few miles away.
For lovers of the great outdoors the Clywdian Range, Offa’s Dyke, Ceiriog Valley and the Coed Llandegla Forest are all accessible within an hour. An abundance of towns, villages and attractions are also readily available, to name but a few: Ellesmere (25mins), Hawkstone Park Follies & Beeston Castle (30mins), Llangollen, Chester & Chester Zoo (40mins) and Shrewsbury (55mins). There really is something for everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful farmhouse, celebrating a group of old school friends coming together for their 40th birthdays.Tina was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I was able to send decorations a few days before we arrived, and she kindly put everything up for us, even added her own little treats to help make our celebrations even more special.She kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, but despite living next door, we barely saw her, which gave us such a lovely sense of privacy and trust. She was like a little fairy who magically appeared to empty the recycling, top up the hot tub and keep everything running smoothly!The farmhouse is in a beautiful countryside setting, with lovely walks right on the doorstep. Everything we needed was provided, and having an ensuite in every bedroom was a huge bonus.The hot tub was definitely a favourite and got plenty of use throughout our stay! We had an absolutely brilliant time and couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation. Tina and Ian were very hospitable with great comms, friendly greeting and helpful information. Having all en-suite Bedrooms was great and worked really well for us. A well stocked games cupboard, well stocked kitchen utensils and a hot tub meant we had everything we needed for a family vacation of 12 of us. Plenty to do in the local area - parks, pubs (you need a car).Highly recommended for any group looking for a relaxing, quiet and private break.

Lovely setting , garden was lovely. The property was spotless, kitchen had everything you could want , the bedrooms are all on suite and really lovely. Tina the owner was there to welcome us explain everything and on hand if we needed anything , really great host . Would recommend staying there it’s amazing.
