Set within its own delightful garden, and located high up from the road, this characterful cottage is one of a pair. It has a homely ambience and has feature beams and an open fire set within an inglenook fireplace. The town with its old buildings, interesting shops, inns and restaurants, is within easy walking distance. There are many attractive Cotswold villages to visit in the area, offering historic houses, interesting museums and welcoming pubs. Stratford-upon-Avon 10 miles. Cheltenham 20 miles. Shops ¼ mile.

The cottage itself is beautiful both inside and out. Special mention has to go to the fireplace which was just amazing to settle down in front of in the evenings. We didn't turn the television on once!The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were cosy and clean. Some construction work may be required in the not to distant future as some of the walls do have some scary looking fissures but I don't think its going to fall down just yet!The garden was pleasant to sit in in the evenings although this depends on the weather. Even if it does rain there is a small conservatory which was most agreeable.There were limited supplies provided such as coffee, milk, a cake and even some firewood which was all very much appreciated. The wifi connection was fast and reliable.Overall a great experience which made our departure very difficult. I thoroughly recommend.

A beautiful, well equipped cottage in a fabulous village in the midst of the Cotswolds. Within easy reach of Stow on the Wold, Stratford upon Avon and Blenheim Palace to name but a few fantastic places.
