The village of Crich is just one mile away and has an array of traditional pubs, shops, market square and the fascinating Tramway Village. Situated in an excellent location, this cottage is in the perfect spot for walking and exploring the Peak District with its many attractions including, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the lovely market towns of Bakewell and Matlock – making it an ideal base any time of the year.

This quaint village is set just south of Crich and was used as a filming location for the TV series Peak Practice. In the village you will find two pubs and it serves as a fantastic base for exploring this area of Derbyshire. Nearby Crich is full of character and history, and boasts a number of shops and several pubs. There are walks around the village, and trams (the village is home to the National Tramway Museum) move up the valley to some of the most beautiful views of the Derbyshire Dales.
