A lovely, stone-built mid-terrace property situated on a quiet lane in the pretty village of Fritchley. This delightful cottage is perfect for groups of friends or families looking to enjoy the outdoors and explore this beautiful part of Derbyshire. It boasts three tastefully decorated bedrooms with views over the stunning surrounding countryside. The modern family bathroom is both light and spacious and features a bath with a rain shower over it. Downstairs, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a lovely quarry style floor which continues through to the beautifully designed dining area, creating a perfect space for everyone to spend time together.

Walk through the sun room into the pretty, private enclosed garden with patio area and enjoy alfresco dining on a warm summers evening as you discuss the days adventures. From the doorstep, there is a village pub within easy walking distance. The village of Crich is just one mile away and has an array of traditional pubs, shops, market square and the fascinating Tramway Village. Situated in an excellent location, this cottage is in the perfect spot for walking and exploring the Peak District with its many attractions including, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the lovely market towns of Bakewell and Matlock making it an ideal base any time of the year.
This quaint village is set just south of Crich and was used as a filming location for the TV series Peak Practice. In the village you will find two pubs and it serves as a fantastic base for exploring this area of Derbyshire. Nearby Crich is full of character and history, and boasts a number of shops and several pubs. There are walks around the village, and trams (the village is home to the National Tramway Museum) move up the valley to some of the most beautiful views of the Derbyshire Dales.
