+ Smell of the bed linen - lush! + Friendliness of the host - fab! + Quality of the crockery - Sophie Conran (impressive)! - No facilities to recycle rubbish - Shower curtain needed to prevent water escaping the shower area - Oven mitt needed for microwave/oven (if there was one I could not find it). - Driveway to Barn Own - sooooo many potholes!!!! My poor car!!!! Overall, a really nice stay - thank you so much! X

The owner David was very helpful and friendly and gave some excellent advice of places to eat and visit locally. We were very appreciative of the 'welcome pack', a very kind gesture. Certainly somewhere I would recommend.

We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for the welcome basket, what a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. We were made to feel so welcome by David. We really enjoyed our 6 nights stay in such a peaceful and tranquil setting. We would certainly recommend Barn Owl and hope to stay again in the future.
