The property is situated in a rural village within rolling countryside on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park. There are many quiet footpaths within walking distance of the property. The market town of Ashbourne is within 8 miles and with its narrow, cobbled alleys, it is somewhat of a haven for antique hunters, boasting superb shops, as well as a variety of good pubs and restaurants. Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood are within 5 miles and offer a fascinating insight into days gone by. Carsington Water is within 15 miles and Alton Towers is just 6 miles away, making this a wonderful location for relaxation and enjoyment throughout the year.

Step into the hallway, hang your coats, and wander through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers delightful countryside views through the patio doors that lead out onto the garden. Relax on the comfy sofas in front of the Smart TV or come together around the nearby dining table and plan the day’s activities ahead. The kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a meal to enjoy including an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. There is a handy downstairs WC on the ground floor. Heading upstairs, you will find the bright and airy bedrooms with pretty matching bedroom furniture. There is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a 2’ 6" twin upon request), and a single bedroom. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.
