With three steps between the kitchen and the lounge and dining areas, the large space has ample room for guests to spread out and relax. The kitchen is well equipped for whipping up hearty feasts for your friends and family and there is sumptuous seating to relax on in front of the Smart TV. There are also games and books, as well as a dressing up box, for the younger members of your party. Three more steps lead up to the two king-size bedrooms. The family shower room is on the ground floor. Spill out into the garden on sunny days and watch the children and pups play on the lawn. There is parking for three cars at the property.
Those eager for adventure will relish a day down at Carsington Water, 7.5 miles away. Here there are opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and hiring bicycles. The children in your group will also love to head into the Peak District to visit Robin Hood’s Stride, 13 miles away, where they can climb on the rocks, explore a hermit’s cave, and even find a rope swing.
