Central Heating and Wood burner in living room. Some heaters not working( hall and dining room), house hard to heat in middle of winter but fairly comfortable. Lovely underfloor heating in kitchen. Rooms had everything required, some of the door handles needed repaired. Overall I think the house could benefit from a toilet on the 3rd floor. Great big garden at back, would be lovely on a sunny day. Close to village with a couple of decent pubs, shop etc. Mill across road has craft shops. Handy for walks along the canal.

It was really cold, to be fair it was really cold outside but the heating was locked so we couldn't turn it on outside of the scheduled hours. There were small heaters, but it was still cold. The settee in the lounge is way past its best. There are not enough showers - 2 for a house that sleeps 14 is not enough. There were no matches or washing up liquid so we had to go out again after a long journey which wasn't great. I think this would be a better house in the warmer months as the garden looked lovely.
