Outside is a pretty patio, overlooking a wild meadow with stunning views over the Amber Valley, and just the spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an after dinner glass of wine. Exploring the beauty of the Derbyshire Dales is within easy reach on the public footpath which is to the side of the cottage. The cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the region's many attractions, including Chatsworth House and Carsington Water and Sailing Club. The village of Crich (known as Cardale in the hit TV series Peak Practice) is full of character and history, and boasts a number of shops and several pubs. There are walks around the village, and trams (the village is home to the National Tramway Museum) move up the valley to some of the most beautiful views of the Derbyshire Dales.
