We really enjoyed our stay. A warm welcome on arrival. We had everything we needed, the hot tub was lovely and well maintained and we were lucky with the weather so enjoyed it every evening 😊 Skegness a short drive away with nice dog friendly beaches and pubs, Thankyou.

Enjoyed a lovely long weekend at the property with friends and 2 dogs. We were there to chill out rather than do lots of exploring around us so it perfectly met our needs with the hot tub and the lovely social, open plan layout. One tiny suggestion….please add a few hooks to provide somewhere to hang stuff in the bedroom (we struggled to get our towels dry as the radiator in en-suite didn’t turn on).

What a comfortable, clean and well equipped place. Beds were really comfortable. I was surprised of how well the wifi connection was. You couldn't wish for more. The hosts Louise & Richard were amazing, went that extra mile. It was close to Chapel St Leonards, Mablethorpe, Skegness and only an hour to city of Lincoln. The hot tub was wonderful, a great luxury. I thoroughly recommend anyone staying here, you will not be disappointed. I cannot wait to return.
