Dad’s Shed is a lovely, spacious detached holiday home with a private hot tub to relax in and enjoy. A conservatory overlooks your private hot tub and onto the first of two coarse fishing lakes. Guests staying at Claylake Cottages have exclusive complimentary use of the lakes for fishing during their stay.
Ideal as a touring base or for a relaxing holiday with plenty to see and do in the area. Just 10 miles to the east there are miles of quiet sandy beaches to stroll along and let the sea air blow away the stresses of daily life. The seal colony at Donna Nook, where up to 200 seals a year are born, is just 9½ miles, with the coastal resorts of Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea within 20 minutes’ drive. Inland, the Georgian market town of Louth is a 3-mile drive, or a short taxi ride, which still boasts three markets a week, a wide range of shops and amenities, boutique shops and farmers’ markets, as well as a wide range of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Louth is also the gateway to the Lincolnshire Wolds, where you will find endless walks and cycle routes through the countryside with many good tea rooms and pubs on your travels for refreshment. Excellent bungalow. So very comfortable. Furnishings are of a high standard. The bungalow is well laid out, its very clean and well equiped. There is everything you would need. The fishing is also very good. The fish are plentyful and are in great condition. So you can easily tell the owners Suzanne and Dave look after their lakes and wefare of the fish. The owners S & D are lovely people and there is a lovely welcome pack with bottle of fizz. Cannot fault this place so much so that we will book again.

We spent a lovely, relaxing week in Dad's shed. The hosts Dave and Suzanne were very attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, warm and cosy ( the weather wasn't great as was early March). The hot tub was so relaxing and just the right temperature - very welcome after a day out. The fishing lake by Dad's shed- although small it had plenty of fish to catch. We will definitely be booking again , Also - Thank you to our hosts for the welcome goodies which were very much appreciated.

We had a lovely stay in dad’s shed, very well equipped, clean and very comfortable in particular the bed, which in a lot of cases can let a stay down.We would recommend.
