Stunning cottage and location. Lots to do and see within a short car drive and lots of hiking trails. Serene & peaceful, just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, things are wearing out and all appliances would benefit from being replaced. Andy worked very hard to fix the problems we incurred but with the property up for sale I guess the hope is to nurse everything through and not do any further investment. The carpets would also benefit a deep clean. If the issues were permanently addressed, I would say look no further for a perfect country retreat.

We very much enjoyed our week at this cottage - despite the grey skies and the rain! Our host was very helpful, and was quick to attend to any issues. The cottage was warm and welcoming; the sitting room is so cosy, and the kitchen is amazingly spacious. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, and we were able to go on some stunning walks straight from the cottage. A lovely place, indeed!
