The Kinder Spa was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The jacuzzi lacks privacy but it was brilliant and spacious. It was constantly switched on though making it environmentally unfriendly and the temperature a bit high (39 degrees). A screen for privacy and the ability from the tenants of the cottage to adjust temperature and operating times would be welcome improvements. Also, no information on recycling in the cottage: They were 3 different coloured bins but we didn't know what goes where, and when we rung the hotel reception, they didn't know either. Overall, I strongly recommend Kinder Spa to any family with 2 kids!

A bit on the small side but did the job

Lodge not cleaned thoroughly. Grated cheese from previous visit all over kitchen; under table, between the place mats and surfaces. Beds were the main issue.
