There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, 100 yards away and only small dogs will be permitted on-site.
Hen/stag and same-sex groups outside of couples/families if aged under 21 will need prior approval from the park.
Please note a working livery is set on Helsey Farm Cottages along with continued development work whilst kept to a minimum, may cause some disruption.

Towels are only provided in hot tub lodges.

Great break. Lodge 14 was lovely. Furnishings were excellent and we had a super relaxing break.All drinking vessels were plastic but did the job, crockery wise there's literally 4 of everything but the pots, trays and utensils were ample.Living room furniture good quality and very comfortable, super quick wifi and good showers. It was great to have a dishwasher and washing machine too.The mattresses could do to be replaced but they didn't effect our sleep.

Very spacious lodge, although didn't match description on website. One of the bedrooms was a twin and the main bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. Hot tub was great and very relaxing. The lodge was very difficult to find in the dark, as we arrived at 6.45 pm. Not ideal as one of us had to walk round the park in the sleet with a torch looking for lodge numbers in windows. A park map would have been helpful.

The lodge itself was lovely and very clean but there were some things lacking like no glasses, only plastic ones which there were a limited number of, only 4 of each piece of cutlery and the oven would not stay on unless you held the button in all the time. The hot tub was lovely but as the sign says ‘slippery when wet’ , I thought I was being careful but I still slipped getting out of it and spent 7 hours in Boston A&E with a suspected broken collar bone, a week later and I’m still in a lot of pain and covered in bruises.
