Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 12 steps with handrail from the parking area to the garden and there is a stream in the shared grounds, 20 yards away.. Situated in the heart of the village of Welton le Marsh and with a stream running through the shared grounds, this superb detached cottage provides a lovely base from which to explore the area, or simply sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet. The cottage has it’s own secure garden but the grounds are shared with other properties on-site. For your comfort, the owner has thoughtfully provided bathrobes and slippers. Cyclists and walkers will enjoy exploring the local lanes and countryside. The market towns of Alford, Louth and Spilsby are all within half an hour, and Horncastle which is well known for its antique and collectables shops is 7 miles. To the east, the traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 8 miles away with its sandy beaches and nature reserve and is always worth a day out, and Lincoln which is well known for its cathedral and castle is approximately a 40-minute drive to the west. There is a traditional country pub with a restaurant a short walk away. Beach 8 miles. Shop 3 miles.

This is a beautifully well equipped cottage with every detail thought out. Would love to visit again at a warmer time of year to truly enjoy the gardens and local village but even in wind and rain the cottage was warm comfortable and provided for our every need. Thank you

A stunning cottage with everything we needed.The whole house was just lovely and so clean.We were 5 adults and a 14 year old the size of the cottage was perfect with 2 large bedrooms and a single, ensuite bathroom upstairs and family shower room downstairs.Super enclosed private garden which was great for our 2 dogs. It would be perfect in the summer to sit outside having a BBQ!It was Valentines weekend and all the bedrooms were made up with red petals, chocolates and towels made into swans.A lovely welcome pack of milk, wine, beers, water, bread, tea, coffee and sugar!!Definitely recommend and would return
