The second room can be adapted with twin beds and the walk-in dressing room can also easily accommodate a travel cot. There are also two en-suite bathrooms and space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with everything those who love to cook on holiday would ever need, and opens out through French doors onto the cottage garden, which is mainly lawned with well kept flower beds and a private patio area for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in; there is also a swing ball and games for children.
Nearby Spilsby, just a mile away, has a good range of restaurants, shops, pubs and a weekly market to enjoy, as well as being the gateway to The Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Exploring the Wolds can be done on foot, bike or simply cruise around in the car taking refreshment from the many tea rooms and pubs found along the way. The sandy beaches of the east coast at Skegness are just 10 miles away, with nature reserves at Gibraltar Point and Frampton within a 30-minute drive. After a day exploring, you can relax in the quality and comfort of your cottage or pop over the road to the village pub for a drink. Shops 1 mile and pub 50 yards.

Halton Lodge, and it’s gorgeous private garden is without question the most luxurious cottage we have ever stayed in (and we stay in plenty!) From the moment you step through the front door, the magic of Halton Lodge begins. Beautiful interiors, the highest quality fittings and fixtures, and all absolutely pristine, this place is amazing! We loved the kitchen, with its high end appliances, Denby crockery, and a hamper of local treats; Corinne has thought of everything. Upstairs, the bedrooms, bathrooms and dressing room are stunning. These are the most comfortable beds and pillows we have experienced. The White Company bed linen and towels were just another level. We slept so well with no noise during the night, and woke to gentle bird song in the morning. In fact, we slept for ten hours on one of the nights! The area is fabulous; great walks on the coastline as well as in the Wolds; villages steeped in history; the Battle of Britain memorial flight exhibition at Coningsby; and some great village pubs serving delicious food.Our week here was fantastic. We have come away feeling completely relaxed, revived and ready to face the next few months. Thank you so much!! X

Beautiful cottage . Equipment and finished to the highest standard . White company bedding , throws and towels. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay just perfect . A welcome pack with delicious Lincolnshire produce . Wonderful countryside and seaside .I will definitely be back .

a very lovely spacious cottage Corinne was delight to meet and providedlots of information. The welcome hamper was full of lovely things.The games room was very useful and provided lots of time for funactivities away from main living areas. Hope to go back in near future.
