The cottages are found within the idyllic hamlet of Hareby in a picturesque part of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We had a wonderful time. Never had a holiday in Lincoln. We were blessed with the weather and enjoyed three beautiful blue flag beaches, enjoyed walks up to old Bolingbroke castle and church. We enjoyed bird spotting; pheasant, swallows, buzzards and wading bird we couldn't identify. The cottage allowed us to shop local food and have big family meals in the spacious dining area. As a grown up family having 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuites was very handy.

We loved our time at Bran House. The location is nicely set in the country and the immediate neighbours are lovely.Firstly both Nick (the owner) and Gill (head of maintenance) were extremely friendly and went over and above to help us get settled and Gill in particular helped to get us sorted with the local services when we had car troubles.They both gave very helpful guidance on local areas of interest, some of which we were able to visit and very much enjoyed.We fount the accomodation to be pretty well kitted out and we mainly found all that we needed to use. (The WiFi service was a little 'fluctuating' for us, (which unsettled the kids a little bit) - but the flip side bonus was that they became much more available and engaged with us so we had more family time together :-)The nearest town is Spilsby, where the shops and services generally will have most things that you will need for your stay.I think the location and the facilities generally does provide good value for money so would highly recommend a visit.
