Amazing house and facilities. Fantastic welcome pack which was gratefully received. We loved the games room and hot tub. Everything about the property was wonderful. Would 100% recommend. You will need a car for exploring area as not much around.

The space was amazing inside and out. Plenty of things available to occupy your time - games room, sauna, hot tub and plenty of rooms, sitting areas and communal areas. House was well equipped and comfortable. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars was slight heating issues and if all showers were being used at the same time there would be temperature issues. Nowhere really to walk from the house ( dog walk was across main road down a disused railway -good if you can find it) . Very flat countryside and some nice places to visit like Louth and woodhall spa, and Gibraltar point.
