The location in relation to both Woodhall Spa and Horncastle was ideal and the accomodation was very spacious in both the lounge and bedroom. Outside was a seating area with a surrounding of flowers very relaxing and quiet. The host was welcoming on arrival and a greeting food pack was a nice surprise

Lovely accommodation, more spacious than it looked on the website. Very helpful host who provided us with a lot of information about the area and a lovely welcome pack. The area was great, Woodhall Spa is a great little town, it has everything you might need, with an abundance of tea rooms and inns for eating out.
