Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are unfenced fishing lakes in the grounds, 55 yards away.. Set in the grounds of the owners’ working arable farm sit these wonderful properties, consisting of Roach (UK42139), two semi-detached holiday cottages (refs UKC1907 and UKC1909) and two semi-detached adjoining lodges (refs UKC2202 and UKC2203) which have an inter-connecting locked door, which can be opened to interlink the lodges if required. The grounds benefit from two large, well-stocked fishing lakes.
The properties provide comfortable accommodation and share an indoor heated swimming pool and 20 acres of grounds (please bring own towels to use at the pool). The city of Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, castle, Christmas markets and Magna Carta Visitor Centre, is just 5 miles away, with the showground at Newark, approximately a 15-minute drive, well known for its international antique fairs. There are also good walks and cycle routes in the area. Burton Waters inland marina is close by, with a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
Carp Cottage (ref UKC1907), Koi Keep (ref UKC1909), Lucy’s Lodge (UKC2202) and Ammiee’s Lodge (UKC2203) can be booked together to accommodate up to 26 guests.

This property is siruated on an arable farm with approximately 5 other properties, yet is very quiet & peaceful, nestled amongst 2 lakes. It has a bonus of a swimming pool just for the guests, which you have exclusive use of for your party at time slots to suit. The property itself is very spacious and well equipped with the bonus of having 3 shower rooms. Electricity cost was very reasonable too considering we had daily showers & 2 kids heavy on technology.

The cottage was clean and comfortable, well equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven,grill and microwave, a dishwasher and washing machine. Towels were provided, as were cleaning equipment. My husband and son enjoyed the fishing, and the grandchildren made full use of the swimming pool. There was room for our grandson to run around in a safe area. Altogether a very enjoyable week.
