Set in the grounds of the owners’ working arable farm sit these wonderful properties, consisting of Roach (UK42139), two semi-detached holiday cottages (refs UKC1907 and UKC1909) and two semi-detached adjoining lodges (refs UKC2202 and UKC2203) which have an inter-connecting locked door, which can be opened to interlink the lodges if required. The grounds benefit from two large, well-stocked fishing lakes.
The properties provide comfortable accommodation and share an indoor heated swimming pool and 20 acres of grounds (please bring own towels to use at the pool). The city of Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, castle, Christmas markets and Magna Carta Visitor Centre, is just 5 miles away, with the showground at Newark, approximately a 15-minute drive, well known for its international antique fairs. There are also good walks and cycle routes in the area. Burton Waters inland marina is close by, with a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
Carp Cottage (ref UKC1907), Koi Keep (ref UKC1909), Lucy’s Lodge (UKC2202) and Ammiee’s Lodge (UKC2203) can be booked together to accommodate up to 26 guests.

Aimee’s lodge is an excellent bungalow for a break. A car is needed but there are some attractions near by. This is our second stay here and both have been superb.

For location its a fantastic place. You felt deep in the countryside with all amenities only a 10 minute drive away. The property itself has everything you need for a very comfortable stay . Peter the owner and Natasha can't do enough for you . They make you feel right at home. What I liked was the pool you can use any time and if you want it for just your family they have a book system that allows you an hour just for you. If you like fishing there are 2 lakes with rudd , perch, tench and carp in . I fished the bigger of the 2 lakes and caught carp to 18lb . For visiting Lincoln and the surrounding areas this is the perfect place to stay. I will be returning
