Set alongside a fishing lake, and with its own private hot tub, this beautiful lodge is on a quiet park, with a golf course next to it, which has a bar and restaurant. The lodge has two ground floor bedrooms, and the living room has a mezzanine with a double sofa bed for a further two guests. Lincoln is close by with its cathedral, castle and the Magna Carta visitor centre, which are all worth visiting. There are many shops, bars and good restaurants to be found in the Bailgate area. Newark Showground, which is famous for its huge International Antiques and Collectors Fairs, as well as many other events, is a 10 minute drive. Lincolnshire Showground is about a 15 minute drive away. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

The lodge is situated in a lovely place and surrounding area. The property was lovely and clean and helped being on one level for us being partially disabled. Fishing was great and my partner caught many fish. Would definitely recommend it to stay in and would go back 😀

Beautiful location & grounds. A perfect place just to relax, enjoy a spot of fishing or golf, or the hot tub and the Lincoln area.There where a couple of small bits that could do with a little touch up, and the bbq was a little tired to say the least but overall superb. The bed was super comforable, which makes a nice change. My daugther slept upstairs on the big sofa bed which she loved.Everything is close to hand, no more than a 10 min drive for Asda etc for supplies.Came back totally chilled out. Would happily go back again.
