An ideal luxury holiday property to simply sit back, relax and enjoy peace, quiet and uninterrupted views of nature and the open countryside from the hot tub or the light and airy, open-plan living area.
Fancy a walk? Long or short there are an unlimited amount of delightful country walks straight from the doorstep.
The nearby villages benefit from several lovely pubs, shops, a butchers and takeaways just 1½ miles away.
Lincoln is just a twenty minute drive away, famous for its recently voted Britain’s prettiest street, Steep Hill, its cathedral, castle and the International Bomber Command Centre.
There’s the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitors Centre, 18 miles away in Coningsby, the traditional seaside town of Skegness less than an hour’s drive and also one of Lincolnshire’s most attractive villages, Woodhall Spa only 11 miles away, full of many fine restaurants, home to the National Golf Centre, the last remaining rear projection cinema in the country, an open-air swimming pool and of course its association with the Dambusters 617 Squadron.
In addition to all of this, this beautiful cottage is situated in a perfect location to enjoy uninterrupted views of the Red Arrows whilst in training above their new base, RAF Waddington, all from the luxury of the sofa!

Such a beautiful house and in immaculate condition. Welcome pack was appreciated and the location was exactly what we needed. Peaceful, lovely views, daily visit from a pair of ducks, shops a short drive away. Sam the owner checked in on us via text a couple of times to make sure everything was okay.I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing break but within driving distance of larger towns.Hot tub was an added bonus.Everything you needed was there.

Hillcrest is an outstanding property. We stayed for a long weekend and would have gladly stayed longer. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.Everything you could ever need was available.We did have a couple of minor issues which the hosts dealt with straight away.We enjoyed watching the rabbits running around, and we also got a visit from a pheasant, the joys of being in the middle of fields.I don’t think anyone could be disappointed with a stay at Hillcrest, we would defo stay again and highly recommend.
