Set in the grounds of the owners’ working arable farm sit these wonderful properties, consisting of Roach (UK42139), two semi-detached holiday cottages (refs UKC1907 and UKC1909) and two semi-detached adjoining lodges (refs UKC2202 and UKC2203) which have an inter-connecting locked door, which can be opened to interlink the lodges if required. The grounds benefit from two large, well-stocked fishing lakes.
The properties provide comfortable accommodation and share an indoor heated swimming pool and 20 acres of grounds (please bring own towels to use at the pool). The city of Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, castle, Christmas markets and Magna Carta Visitor Centre, is just 5 miles away, with the showground at Newark, approximately a 15-minute drive, well known for its international antique fairs. There are also good walks and cycle routes in the area. Burton Waters inland marina is close by, with a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
Carp Cottage (ref UKC1907), Koi Keep (ref UKC1909), Lucy’s Lodge (UKC2202) and Ammiee’s Lodge (UKC2203) can be booked together to accommodate up to 26 guests.

Great comfortable stay with family whilst visiting relatives. Accommodation is finished to a high standard and kids loved the pool. Owners are very helpful and friendly.

As a family we have been coming for 30 years and had a little break due to grievance. We arrived and it was just like being back with old family! Fantastic facilities, fishing, swimming pool all exceptional! It was lovely to see Pete and Tash again as well Winston and Max!
