Cliff Cottage is a lovely newly renovated 5 bedroom farm cottage in the heart of Lincolnshire. Located 2 miles from the village of Welton which boasts a pub, tea rooms and a supermarket. It is a 10 minute drive into the heart of Lincoln and nearby is the base of the world famous Red Arrows at RAF Scampton.
The 5 bedrooms sleep up to 10 people (there is also a put - up bed that a child could sleep on if needed). 2 bedrooms are en suite and there are a further 2 bathrooms serving the remaining bedrooms. The Kitchen / diner is perfect for entertaining everyone at meal times. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and a wood burner in the sitting room. The cottage has wi-fi throughout.
Cliff Cottage is finished to a high standard and has eco-friendly heating provided by a biomass boiler. The cottage provides the perfect setting for a family holiday in picturesque surroundings. There is a large garden perfect for sitting out in and admiring the views, of which the floodlit cathedral can be seen on a clear night.
