This was a wonderful, peaceful stay. The owners were helpful during the booking process and leading up to our stay when we contacted them about any issues or needed more information. We stayed here with family and friends and spent a day at nearby Mablethorpe. The facilities were clean and up-to-date and the hot tub was cleaned daily. Staff were helpful if we had any questions but not intrusive. We were set apart from the other cottages on the site, so we didn't have to worry about making too much noise. There was plenty of parking too. On arrival, we'd been left tea, coffee and sugar sachets, milk in the fridge and a fresh, wrapped cake on the main kitchen table. It was a lovely surprise. We had Tesco deliver a shop straight to the door. The area felt safe and was easily accessible to nearby Caistor, Market Rasen and Brigg. There were plenty of pubs, cafes and shops to explore, though I would say you need a car to reach these. Brigg was the larger of these options. There were fifteen of us staying in total (adults and children) and everybody agreed this place was a good find and we would come back again. I would definitely recommend Waggonner's Barn to others looking for a place to stay that accommodates a large number of people with a communal atmosphere.

Lovely house. Clean, well appointed. Plenty of glasses, crockery, towels etc. We had the whole house so two kitchen/diners and two lounges. Suited us, we kept one for cooking and eating and the other one for drinking and game playing! 😊Lovely bathrooms. My room and en-suite also had underfloor heating. Hot tub was great and cleaned every day. Lovely area for walking. Fab ice cream parlour nearby!!One small complaint - would have been nice to have some more relaxing/comfortable chairs for outside But would definitely book again.

We had a great few days away at the Waggoners Barn and annex. Very comfortable for the 15 of us and more than enough crockery, cutlery and cookware which is not always the case in these large shared houses. The house was in good condition with good quality appliances and a lovely hot tub for relaxing in.
