Entertainment is provided via a Smart TV (accessible through Chromecast), Bluetooth speaker, and USB ports. The lodge hosts four bedrooms, a super-king-size, double, and two twins, each with its own Smart TV and en-suite shower room, offering privacy and ease for guests. A cot and highchair are available to hire, with the cot suitable for placement in the living area only. Outside, the enclosed decking is furnished with outdoor furniture and reclining chairs in summer, creating a space that invites alfresco dining or quiet moments in the fresh air. King's Lynn is a historic, medieval port dating back to the 12th century, situated on the River Great Ouse. A treasure trove for history lovers, the town boasts grand merchant houses, art galleries and museums, and the Custom House, built by Henry Bell in 1683, which is a Grade I listed building. The town retains its original winding streets and alleys, and boasts good shopping facilities, with a combination of national retailers and specialist shops, along with a selection of pubs and restaurants. Much of the surrounding Norfolk countryside is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the West Norfolk coastline within easy driving distance. Hunstanton, in particular, is renowned for its sunsets and lovely beaches. Boat trips are available from several points along the coast, while the Norfolk Coast Cycleway runs from King's Lynn to Cromer. The impressive Visitor Centre at The Queen's fabulous country retreat, Sandringham, is also a short drive away and well worth a visit.
