The ground floor bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and French doors to the garden. The master bedroom features a double bed an en-suite shower room, the third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. There is a family bathroom with shower next to the third bedroom. Enchanting outdoor space surrounded by the lush greenery of the farmhouse’s extensive grounds, the barn offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.
Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the private patio, where you can soak up the sun and listen to the gentle sounds of nature. In the evening, dine al fresco with the help of the BBQ, or simply unwind with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the rolling fields and on chillier evening warn yourself by the firepit. Keep an eye out for visitors such as deer, hares, guinea fowl, green woodpeckers, stoats, peacocks, red kites to name just a few. There is direct access to a huge range of walks perfect for you and your dog to explore.

Wow! This place exceeded my expectations. Its so beautifully built and decorated, no expense spared! It has everything you could ever think you need and the welcome hamper is top notch. Really special. I wish our stay was longer. If you are lucky enough to get this place you are in for a treat!

This place is honestly one of the most perfect places for a quiet and peaceful break away. It had everything we needed, the hosts couldnt do enough for us, and they even provided us with a gorgeous welcome hamper which was such a lovely touch. Its a beautifully decorated place, comfortable beds and the wood fired hot tub was the cherry on top. Close to Thaxted for a pub lunch too. Our hosts helped us when we struggled with the hot tub heating (not enough wood, our fault!) and even brought us over some homemade bread that they had made. I will 100% be back, especially as its a dog friendly home with lots of running space!
