Second visit to this cottage and just as lovely . Very quiet area which allows easy access to Cockermouth on foot and some lovely walks in the area. The cottage is more than big enough for 2 people and our dog so 4 people would have no problems. Good enclosed garden which was great for our dog. This cottage has plenty of amenities which guarantee a great holiday only thing was the weather on our week which was not kind to us but that's the Lake District for you cannot have everything. Will be back as a perfect location for a nice weeks holiday.

Very comfortable bungalow with everything I needed. Nice quiet location about ten to fifteen minutes walk into town. Only negative was the weather.

Second time staying here while visiting our daughter. Lovely comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. In walking distance of the town. Good off road parking and a nice enclosed garden for the dog. My only slight gripe is would like to see some form of covering over the two drains by the back door.
