Situated on the fringe of the town, this luxurious apartment, which is in a complex known as Greta Grove Apartments offers the best of both worlds, in that it has all the amenities of the town centre close at hand and yet an almost country location with views of the nearby Lakeland Fells and walking opportunities from the door. This attractive ground floor apartment is excellently furnished and equipped to provide for your every comfort. It has a feature fireplace with a working fire in the living/dining room.

Needs updating, towels should be white they were going towards grey thin and stained, radiators in bathroom were rusting, mould in en-suite shower, main bathroom shower doors leaked, decoration could do with new coat of paint, carpets need cleaning, oven dirty, crumbs on place mats and on table and on kitchen worktops, is glass tumbler was dirty, the bin under the sink was dirty, the fridge door knocked on the washing machine door so you had to open the washing machine door to close the fridge, freezer needed defrosting, needed a bigger rug in hall way for shoes laminate floor would be more practical, place mats were sticky and some cracked ,kitchen tiles need a good clean, parking was very tight, one of the duvet covers on the single bed had a hole in it, overall not value for money and wouldn’t go back there again.

Overall a good apartment. Just a few things let it down. Good bits. Bed's and bedding very good and comfy. Parking directly outside,, nice quiet area. Close to shops bars restaurants and buses.. Bad bits Towels a bit grey and hard. Couldn't find the information folder. Thermostat not working. Couldn't connect to the wifi. Carpets could do with a good clean and some wierd covers on dining chairs. Cottages.com came straight away to sort thermostat and were looking into wi. Apartment just needs a little tlc.
