Could do with a welcome pack also a full length mirror, brighter lights and a decently sized television and also two sets of keys

Lovely home from home for a few days. Car parking space was bigger than expected (other reviews said it was tight, my car is a Jaguar XF and had no issues at all). Key safe opened first time, which was nice. Lovely and spacious inside with comfy sofas, an easy to use kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Beds were very comfy, TV was fine, internet was brilliant. Dining Table was very sturdy and chairs comfy. Great location, pretty much in the centre of town. A couple of the windows didnt open and the master bedroom window had to be kept open with a couple of strategically placed hangers and the en suite light wasnt great. Bar that, highly recommended: first time in the last 3 years I haven't felt like I have been a bit ripped off and I didnt have to hoover either!!

Needs updating, towels should be white they were going towards grey thin and stained, radiators in bathroom were rusting, mould in en-suite shower, main bathroom shower doors leaked, decoration could do with new coat of paint, carpets need cleaning, oven dirty, crumbs on place mats and on table and on kitchen worktops, is glass tumbler was dirty, the bin under the sink was dirty, the fridge door knocked on the washing machine door so you had to open the washing machine door to close the fridge, freezer needed defrosting, needed a bigger rug in hall way for shoes laminate floor would be more practical, place mats were sticky and some cracked ,kitchen tiles need a good clean, parking was very tight, one of the duvet covers on the single bed had a hole in it, overall not value for money and wouldn’t go back there again.
