Offering the best of both worlds, the cottage provides guests with all the amenities of the town while still enabling access to beautiful walks and the stunning Lakeland Fells direct from the door. The interior is finished in a modern and contemporary style but still retains a homely’ cosy cottage feel. The cottage has a patio garden area leading out from the living room together with private parking and makes an ideal base for both walkers and those simply looking for a relaxing break.

Our 2nd visit to 18Elm court. Just right for our needs. Close to everything in Keswick. Comfortable and clean. Minor criticisms concerning front door, a bit stiff to open and some kitchen oven equipment needs replacement , trays, pans etc. We had a great week.

Excellent location with private parking.The house looked a bit shabby in places and could do with decorating. However, this would not put me off staying here again. The 3pm check in was a bonus.

Beautiful accommodation, such a convenient spot and contained everything required. Would definitely stay again.Only one little gripe and that was that the fitted bed sheet which was very thin didn’t fit, I was amazed it had been stretched onto the bed in the first place so the minute you lay down it came off and neither of us could stretch it to fit the bed, so ended up sleeping on the protector All week. Apart from that super place. .
