A deceptively spacious cottage, Hastings has views of Latrigg from the lounge and front double bedroom. It benefits from private parking to the rear of the cottage and has outside seating in its enclosed rear courtyard. With a downstairs shower room with a large walk-in shower while upstairs there is a luxury free standing bath.
Situated in a quiet residential area, the cottage is just ten minutes’ walk from the shores of beautiful Dewentwater, with its lake cruises, rowing boats, Theatre by the Lake and the famous viewpoint of Friars Cragg. It’s also just five minutes’ level walk to Keswick town centre and its wide range of shops, pubs, restaurants and visitor attractions, including the world famous Pencil Museum, Keswick Art Gallery and Museum and the original Alhambra Cinema. Hastings is perfectly situated with a choice of fell top hiking and low level walks available straight from the front door, and is the perfect cottage for a quiet scenic break or for enjoying the wide range of outdoor activities Keswick has to offer.

Excellent base to visit Keswick and the surrounding areas - accomodation was lovely and very clean with all the amenities we needed for a very relaxing stay

Nicely appointed property in good location. We throughly enjoyed our stay.Only downsides were;The photos show a large car being parked in the private space. We have a similar size car and found it extremely difficult to fit in this space so had to rely on street parking which wasn’t an issue mid week. The TV is quite small and the pillows very flat. Otherwise perfect.
