Our Premium Holiday Homes at Herwick Croft Holiday Park offer the perfect balance of comfort and space for your Lake District escape. Sleeping up to four guests, each home features two bedrooms, including a main bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Enjoy relaxing in the open-plan living area or make the most of your private decking after a day spent exploring the Lakes. With a fully equipped kitchen, double glazing, central heating, bed linen and towels included, these holiday homes provide a welcoming retreat in every season.

Holiday home features vary depending on the manufacturer and model and cannot be guaranteed. All our units vary subtly; the floor plan is an example layout only. Travel cots will only fit in the living area of this holiday home.

Launch your paddleboard or kayak, brave an invigorating cold-water swim, enjoy a peaceful spot of fishing, or simply sit back on the shoreline and let the mesmerizing water views wash over you.

Exceptional Dining & Neighbours After a day on the fells, unwind at Herdwick Willy’s, our welcoming on-site Bar & Bistro. Open seven days a week, it is the perfect spot for a hearty breakfast, a leisurely lunch, or a delicious evening meal and a well-earned drink.

We are just a short stroll from the award-winning Lakes Distillery (perfect for a whisky tour and tasting), the luxurious Armathwaite Hall & Spa next door, and the Lake District Wildlife Park. Security deposits: Please be aware there is a security deposit of £150 payable on arrival by credit or debit card and will be returned within 7 working days.

Please do not leave any rubbish on the decking or outside areas due to being in a countryside location it can attract vermin.

Pets: Herdwick Croft welcomes your four-legged family members however only one small or medium sized dogs will be welcomed. Larger dogs will NOT be permitted. Please refrain from letting pets on the sofas and beds. Pets must not be left alone in any of the accommodations at any times.

Accommodation: All units will have a hair dryer and an iron. Cots and high chairs can be requested through the park direct and must be arrange prior to arrival. Park have a minimal noise policy after 10:30pm.

Wi-Fi: Please note, due to rural location of the park, the Wi-Fi may not be up to full speed.

Charging of electric cars is not allowed on the park.

Hot tubs will be drained from 7.30am on your departure day. This is to ensure ample time for the tub to be emptied, cleaned, refilled, and heated ready for the next check in.

Occupancy: Please note that infants must be included in the total party makeup.
