A beautiful, comfortable cottage in a quiet village. Very well equipped. Our fourth visit and not our last.

Had a lovely stay at Riverholme cottage. Great local pub and good walks from the door. Bus into Keswick bit hit and miss. The only downside is the dining table is ridiculously heavy and too large for 4 people and for some reason is put away in a cupboard. Took 2 of us to move it from the cupboard and hurt our backs in doing so! You really need a smaller table that is left in situ. We didnt want to eat evening meals using the 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Not comfortable for relaxed dining after walking all day.

Had a lovely week. Cottage is very relaxing and has everything needed for a good holiday. The only adjustment needed is what other reviews have said about the need for blackout blind or nice curtains to darken the bedroom for a better sleep.
