Very comfortable and clean cottage equipped with everything needed. Fantastic views from the living room window and lots of wildlife in the garden including red squirrels. Good walking options available without the need to drive.

We enjoyed our stay and will return. The Coach House is comfortable, had all that we needed and the location was ideal. The view across Bassenthwaite towards the Skiddaw fells was excellent and changing with the weather. The wildlife around the garden was a joy to see and Lesley and Joe were welcoming and helpful. Keswick is easy to get into and we did a lot of walking.

Quiet, peaceful, stunning views, genuine detached property, clean. Located in a less touristy part of the Lake District, but easy to get to the touristy parts if that's what you want. Stock up with supplies on the way there at Penrith.
