Although the location & amenities were what we expected for the price the cleanliness was not acceptable. The main bathroom had a mouldy bath mat, the air vent was clogged with dirt, the grouting was mouldy and cobwebs hung from the ceiling. The upstairs bathroom was not clean.The fridge was dirty & the skirting boards were very dirty through out the house.There were 3 loose slabs outside the front door one of which was so loose my husband tripped & nearly fell over, we had to remove them to ensure our safety.

Parking a nightmare as the garage is only suitable for a very small car and with a car parked opposite the garage entrance it is inaccessible during the day. Definitely need to buy additional parking permit for local car park as if you park outside the house there are complaints even if you are not blocking access to anyone else.
