The place as it self is good, just requires better cleaning ( glas screen around accommodation was dirty and green) which doesnt give best first impresion. Also shower and sink in second bathroom was blocked. On a positive side accommodation had everything we needed. We enjoyed nature and time we spent together.

Very clean despite allowing dogs. Despite lack of info when we booked, the place was actually very well equipped. Kitchen especially so. Needed to bring toiletries, but toilet rolls, towels, tea towel, washing up liquid and sponges were provided. Very spacious and comfortable. You can walk to the decent pub in about 15 minutes via a footpath acros a field. Great acces to Lakeland walks of course!

Arrived to a freezing cold caravan. The gas was turned off with zero instruction on how to start the boiler. Thank god for google .The van was dirty and in need of a full deep clean as commented in the visitors book from the last guest .Overall the van is in need of a little love is was definitely an rental property and not an home away from home ...On a plus really nice elevated position on a very tidy site ..I would give it a 5 out of 10 , With a little love it could be an 8/10 Shame ...
