You have good access to plenty of walking and cycle routes nearby as well as more challenging fells including Skiddaw, Catbells, Latrigg and Blencathra to name a few.
Just 2½ miles away you’ll find the Lake District Wildlife Park with over a hundred species of wild animals, great fun for the family. The Watches is in the most idyllic position close to Keswick and with the most amazing view of Skiddaw.It’s a cosy lodge with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. There isn’t any WiFi but 4G coverage was good.We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas week.

Beautiful doesn't do it justice. Lovely home and stunning surroundings. You had everything you need for a great stay from kitchen to bedroom. No WiFi, no TV so you immersed in what's around you.
