Garden area with furniture, ample parking in the grounds for several cars and outdoor hot tub to rear of property. Robes are provided for adults only. No pets.

Arrival time is 4.00pm and check out is 10.00 am. The Atlantas, Sheratons and Aspen properties will accommodate a 5th person on a sofa bed where a £25 additional charge applies.

Great holiday at Ullswater House. Only thing was a bright light needed on garage and back door as it was very dark walking round to Hottub at night. Great location and ideal for large family breaks

We stayed at Ullswater House and from start to finish it was a great stay. The house, facilities and location where amazing. My only negative is that check in wasn’t till 5 and you have to be out by 9.00am other than that excellent break away.

Absolutely excellent, the property exceeded our expectations, we were under the impression that it was on Hillcroft Park but it was actually situated in the heart of Pooley Bridge which is lovely and between 2 pubs and another across the road.and a 2 min walk to Ullswater lake. There was 13 of us and 4 cars so plenty of parking even an electric charging point if needed, so in our experience it was well worth it, and would recommend the house for larger parties.
