Fantastic well appointed house with fab views. Great hamper on arrival.Only negatives were the dish washer with several wheels missing from bottom tray making it difficult to load and unload and lack of instructions for operation of the oven/ microwave.

This is a beautiful house and we had an amazing time there. One minor issue was the email I received from Rural Retreats with various instructions said we would receive a substantial welcome pack which we didn’t receive. I would highly recommend this property

The cottage is beautifully situated within walking distance to both Bowness and Windermere (footpaths are very close to the cottage). The cottage really has that wow factor with stunning views over the Cumbrian countryside.
