An uplifting characterful apartment situated in the centre of Kendal, accessed from a set of steps which lead up to a balcony, resting just outside the front door. Pretty and contemporary, this retreat is perfect for families or a group of friends looking to get away from their busy lifestyle for a while. Wander inside to the hallway which sweeps over to a double bedroom, laced with neat bedding and a peaceful aura. A wardrobe and mirror bring an added touch, so you can feel right at home amongst the extras. A second double bedroom is equally soothing and you are guaranteed to sleep easy through the night.
This room also comes complete with a walk-in wardrobe to store your essentials. Close by, the bathroom is beautifully presented with a shower cubicle, a wall mounted hand basin and lovely white features. The mix of light and dark colour tones compliment the formation well, making a lovely place to get ready or unwind after a long day. Follow the layout to arrive at an open plan kitchen with glossy white units for a modern feel, along with a breakfast table for those relaxing mornings. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. An ideal place from which to visit our family and the local area. Just two small comments - the final directions to the apartment weren't very accurate and the boiler timer perhaps needs a bit of attention.
