Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. 1 electric fire.. Grounds with garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. No smoking. Please note: there are steps in the grounds.. As soon as you open the door on this cute Shepherds hut you can see comfort and quality in a compact space but with surprisingly little sacrifice, the main feature is the comfy double bed which welcomes you and promises a cosy night’s sleep and long lie ins if you want them. There is a kitchen area with a fridge, two ring hob and microwave so you can cook a romantic meal which you can enjoy as you sit on the bench seat with a drop-down table in front of you. There is even a fully plumbed en-suite bathroom with shower. You certainly are cosy with the underfloor heating and electric fire if you want an additional boost of heat. There is no TV, but the fantastic views from the window are enough to sit and watch as the ever-changing light gives you an infinite number of scenes to enjoy. There is Wi-Fi if you want to share your holiday with your friends and family. The Hut is set up in the hills. Within 1 mile of the hut, you will find yourself in beautiful Ambleside which offers a wide selection of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and not one but two cinemas. Waterhead Pier, which dates back to 1845, is the gateway to ferries that can take you to Bowness, Lakeside Pier near Newby Bridge, Wray Castle and Brockhole Visitor Centre, or you can hire a boat to explore the lake yourself. The outdoor enthusiast will find activities ranging from abseiling and climbing to bushcraft and sailing. Alternatively, a short walk from Ambleside will lead you to Stagshaw Gardens, a National Trust property, or Stock Ghyll Force, a spectacular 70-foot waterfall that can be viewed from a railing. There are a wide variety of other attractions within easy reach, including the Motor Museum, Beatrix Potter attraction, Segway’s, aquarium, animal parks and many more, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

ITS IN A GOOD AREA. THERE WAS A DUST IN BETWEEN PLATES SO HAD TO WASH PLATES BEFORE WE COULD USE APART FROM THAT IT WAS GOOD.
