A beautiful comfortable bungalow that feels like home as soon as you walk through the door. It is extremely clean and well equiped. We loved the comfortable living room with a huge TV with sky Q to chill out after a day walking in the fells. It is a short drive to Ullswater where there are lots of walks and shops in Pooley Bridge. There is short walk to the local pub. The location suited us as it was very quiet. We will definately stay here again.

Lovely bungalow in a beautiful, friendly village within walking distance of Pooley Bridge (3 miles and Penrith (2.5miles). Very comfy accommodation with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely garden which our dog was very pleased with. Lots of beautiful places to visit within the area of the Northern Lakes. We hope to return here next year for more adventures and fingers crossed we’ll be able to book Crosslands.
