The property was good the water system a little hit and miss but it was clean well stocked with everything you might need we would certainly recommend this property

Very spacious and has everything you need. It is very well set out and very comfortable. The only issues we had, were with the water pressure when using the bath or shower (twice the cold water stopped working, once when my husband was mid shower and very soapy and the other time was whilst running a bath, no cold water so we had to fill pans up with cold water from the sink) also the noise of the pump in the master bedroom is not ideal. It was extremely hot during the heatwave and one of the windows in the twin bedded room is locked and there is no key, so we could not open it. The surrounding area is beautiful and the house is in a wonderful location (although Penrith roundabouts are a nightmare!) We would stay here again.

The kitchen had everything you needed and more and was spotlessly clean. The garden was stunning with views out over the fields and a lovely summer house. Kids loved the Tvs and PS4 Will definitely be back
