Really lovely apartment. Recommend! Very comfortable beds and sofa. Everything we needed to cook some evenings etc.The view was fantastic out of the front windows. Great location for Ullswater exploring. Upstairs flat above the property there is a lot of noise you can hear when they are moving about and talking. This however is no fault of the holiday let and a small price to pay for the wonderful view.

The best view in the lakes from our window! Neat, well appointed cottage apartment on one floor, some problems with late night noise from above, but apart from that, very enjoyable, with lovely sloping grounds and a walk on nearby Ullswater way, just up the hill

Lovely views of Ullswater Lake, close to places to visit. Had everything that we needed, comfortable bed, shower was adequate. Some great walks along the Ullswater Way within easy reach of accommodating. Lovely place for a meal just down the road, Brackenrigg Inn, well worth a visit. You can use the buses with stops close by. The only thing I wish that was provided would be as well as bath towel there was a hand towel for each person. It is just a shame that there was no recycling bins.
