Oldfield House is a beautifully finished, three-storey Victorian house resting in Windermere, Cumbria. With Lake Windermere, local amenities, and a variety of outdoor activities all within easy reach, this stunning property welcomes families, couples, and friends for their next Lake District adventure. You'll find four off-road parking spaces on arrival before entering the spacious hallway and into the contemporary kitchen/diner. This space is equipped with high-quality, integrated amenities for foodies to prepare their favourite home-cooked dishes, to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or dining table; start the electric fire set in a gorgeous, feature fireplace for added warmth on colder nights. Just next door is the utility with hanging space, a boot rack, and washing machine to throw in muddy walking gear, before relaxing in the sitting room. Furnished with two cushioned sofas, a chandelier, and artwork, you'll love reading by the bay window, catching up with loved ones, or watching the Smart TV here. Each guest is well-catered to at Oldfield House with four bedrooms in total, each with a wall-mounted TV and en-suite; choose between two king-size or a double on the first floor, whilst another double is located on the second floor. On sunny mornings, freshen up in the handy cloakroom and take your coffee outside to your private, gravelled garden with outdoor seating. You'll find the Brookside Inn at the end of the road for classic British fare in a welcoming atmosphere, whilst the bustling centre of Windermere is a stone's throw away for more options; choices include seafood at Hooked, Italian at San Pietro, and Spanish at Tapios. There are plenty of attractions such as The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, panoramic views from Orrest Head Viewpoint, and sailing, watersports and idyllic walks in and around Lake Windermere!
