This first-floor apartment has all that you would need for an enjoyable stay in the heart of the Lakes and on a reasonable budget. It is just as suitable for families looking to take in the sights as couples wanting a quick romantic break.
Across the one-floor apartment, you will find that this property caters to all needs. An equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a spacious sitting room/dining area that is perfect for relaxing, with a Freeview TV and plenty of books in the library to enjoy. For sleeping, guests will find a very comfortable double bedroom and a twin bedroom. For a relaxing way to end the day, why not take a seat in the property's large bay window and relax with a good book, or simply take in the outstanding views offered by the local area.
Outside, there is a shared garden area that is fully lawned with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine.
Troutbeck has enough to offer nearby for those looking for a rural retreat. A short walk will take you to the Post Office and general store, and you can enjoy a drink in The Mortal Man Inn. Troutbeck's unique position means that it also offers stunning and immersive views of the surrounding fells.

The ‘Windermere Steamboat Museum’ displays a fascinating collection of boats whilst children will enjoy the ‘World of Beatrix Potter’ in Bowness, where technology brings her characters to life. Within easy reach of destinations such as Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains, Troutbeck is ideally situated for exploring all that the region has to offer.
