The property is located on the owner's arable farm in the village of Larling, 4 miles from the famous Snetterton Circuit, a must-visit for all motor-sport enthusiasts, and within easy reach of the market towns of Attleborough (7 miles) and Wymondham (13 miles). For a day trip, the cathedral city of Norwich is 21 miles and Ely is 33 miles.
