Site Description
These individual waterside properties are located close to an attractively landscaped boatyard set slightly back from the main river. Wroxham, the renowned ‘Capital of The Broads’ is just a short walk away offering you a wealth of shops, excellent amenities and pubs.
Should you wish to add members to your party prior to arrival, you must contact Hoseasons to confirm these changes. If you arrive with extra people the owner will not accept the booking as the Insurance for each property will only cover the advertised maximum occupancy. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Please call Summercraft 7 days before your holiday to advise arrival time.
Please note;- No more than two dogs are permitted in any property. Please check at time of booking if your accompanying pet is not a Dog.
Iron and ironing boards are available on request at reception.
No fireworks are allowed anywhere on this site.

Had a fantastic week at Summerhaven, such a lovely location perfect for fishing from the back garden. Short walk into Wroxham for shops, pub, cafes etc. Great to have the use of the day boat too, lots of places to visit. Owner lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Loved just sitting looking at the view from the bungalow/chalet while my partner was fishing, plus the wildlife, day and night was lovely. Having the day boat at our disposal was the icing on the cake. We did trips out to Horning, for a drink at the Ferry. Salhouse and walked up to the Fir and Feathers and coffee from the Hungry Otter shack and on visiting Coltishall had lunch at The Rising Sun, while enjoying the river view.

Very clean. everything needed was provided. Excellent location. Day boat that was a part of the package was excellent.
